This weekend we headed to Heytesbury. After the dressage I was happy to be sitting in 1st place on Jaybee Calypso in the 2 star, 2nd place on Northern Isaac in the 1 star and 3rd place on Wimborne Conjuror in EvA65 at his very first eventing start! On Sunday I took my time trotting and popping Connor around the jumping in the 65 for the experience, and he finished 7th! After the constant rain I decided not to run the star class horses. A great trip interstate on the weekend with 3 horses at the Equestriad National Championships in Camden. It is always good to have a challenge and this super event certainly provides that! The star of the team was Woodmount Lolita, who felt amazing all weekend and led from start to finish in the EvA95A class!! This mare continues to impress me getting stronger and better at each event, she has placed at every event with me this year but chose a good time to pull out the win at the National Championships!
